Standard options range from 1/8" to 3" OD (see Flange Gaskets for larger sizes) in thicknesses from 1/32" through 3/8" with any possible size ID. OD and ID options include all 1/64" (.0156") increments within the stated ranges. Thickness options include 1/32", 1/16", 3/32", 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 3/8" in most materials, with others available on request.
Limitations
In general, die cutting limitations include 1) OD and ID dimensions must be at least 1/32" (.031") greater than thickness, and 2) OD must be greater than ID by at least twice the material thickness + 1/16" (i.e. wall width must be 1/32" greater than the thickness).
For example, the lowest possible OD or ID on 1/4" thick rubber washers is 9/32" (1/4"+1/32", .563"), and OD's must be at least 9/16" (1/4"+1/4"+1/16";

Standard rubber washer sizes show the Maximum available Inside Diameter (ID) for all available Outside Diameter (OD) and Material Thickness combinations. Minimum available ID for each thickness option is shown on the chart header.
Precise ID options can be determined by tracing upwards from Maximum ID on the charts; all smaller ID's listed above and in the same thickness column (for smaller OD options of the same thickness) are available. In other words, any ID available on an OD-thickness combination is also available on any larger OD of the same thickness.
All OD-thickness combinations are also available as round disc-shaped Rubber Pads or Bumpers with no center hole.
