EPDM Rubber Diffuser Tubes or Sleeves are commonly used for aeration in wastewater treatment
facilities and other applications. Diffusers are rubber tubes with thousands of very small,
almost invisible perforations. When installed over PVC pipes on an air
delivery system, they diffuse millions of tiny bubbles into the medium, which in
turn promotes the treatment process.
 MI is not in the business of designing and selling wastewater treatment equipment and claim no particular expertise in this highly technical field. However, we are in the business of manufacturing rubber products, including the development and manufacture of several brand name air diffusion sleeves currently on the market (at considerably higher cost than our low manufacturer-direct prices). Therefore, when you need wastewater treatment equipment, go to the companies that design, sell, and install aeration systems. (As published on various websites, OEM and distributor pricing ranges from around $12.00 to over $22.00 each on nominal 2-1/2" diameter perforated sleeves in various lengths; our prices begin well under $10.00 and remain well below all those surveyed in comparable styles.)
